The Instructional Partnership Initiative (IPI) is an approach to teacher learning and collaboration that has improved Tennessee teachers’ evaluation scores, teacher views of the evaluation system, and student test scores. IPI offers a unique approach to high-quality professional development by way of personalized professional learning, built-in flexibility, and data-based collaboration.
